Nimbus VPS operates the autonomous system AS212345 and the domain nimbusvps.example. The current network footprint — sites, capacity, peering — is published on the network page and is updated when it changes.

Regulatory and dispute resolution

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We participate in no alternative dispute resolution scheme and are not obliged to, but the support address above resolves most disputes faster than either.

Consumer disputes with an Estonian cross-border dimension may also be brought before the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee.

Content liability

As a hosting provider we are not the publisher of content our customers store or transmit, and we are not obliged to monitor it. We do respond to abuse reports and lawful removal requests under the acceptable use policy and applicable law.
