Questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I really not have to verify my identity?
Correct. Ordering takes an email address and a crypto payment. No passport scans, no selfies, no phone verification, no card on file — the cheapest way to protect customer documents is to never hold any.
What do you actually store about me?
An email address, invoices, your server configuration, and 72 hours of connection metadata used only for abuse investigations. Everything is deleted within 24 hours of account closure; invoices are kept 10 years as required by law.
Why can I only buy six or twelve months at a time?
Long terms remove churn, which removes marketing and billing overhead, which lands in the price. The 12-month term is roughly 20% below the 6-month term, and nothing ever renews automatically.
How do I pay?
In cryptocurrency, via a payment processor that locks a euro rate for 60 minutes. 24 assets are accepted, including Monero, Bitcoin and Lightning. The server provisions on the first network confirmation.
What if the server is not what I expected?
You have 72 hours from provisioning for a full refund, no form and no reason field. The refund is paid in the asset you sent, at the day-of-purchase exchange rate.
How can it be this cheap and still be fast?
We own the hardware, we sell only long terms, and we have no sales team. Oversubscription is capped at 3:1 on fair-share plans (1:1 on dedicated cores), and hosts that drift past the cap stop being sold.
No KYC — so anything goes?
No. Phishing, spam, malware, botnet command-and-control and CSAM get terminated immediately, without refund and without appeal. Privacy is not a licence to harm people. The acceptable use policy is two pages and we mean all of it.
