Why is it so cheap? What is the trick?
No sales team, no card processing, no identity-verification pipeline to pay for, and six- or twelve-month terms billed once. The numbers work at €1.90 because the customers who leave quietly were never profitable anyway.
Is the €1.90 price real, or does it renew higher?
It is the price. Terms are prepaid and nothing renews automatically; when you do renew, the rate is never above the current one. If a Nano were a loss leader, the 72-hour refund would make it a spectacularly bad one.
What can a Nano actually run?
A small website, a personal WireGuard VPN, DNS, a monitoring box, cron jobs, a single-user Nextcloud at a push. What it cannot run is a busy database or a game server — those need the dedicated-core options above it.
Do I have to pay for support on the cheapest plan?
No. Support is the same for every plan: tickets answered by engineers with a median first response of twelve minutes, plus the 72-hour refund if you are not happy. There is no tier of customer we are polite to by default.
