SHEET L-05 · 2025-11-30
Refund policy
Seventy-two hours, full amount, in the asset you paid with, at the day-of-purchase rate, in two business days.
01
The window
Every order carries a refund window of seventy-two hours from the moment the server is provisioned. The window applies to the whole order — plan, add-ons, and any licence fees included in the invoice.
The clock starts at provisioning, not at payment and not at invoice creation. A server that provisions slowly does not eat your window.
02
What 'full' means
The full amount you paid, in the asset you paid with. If you paid in Bitcoin, the refund is in Bitcoin; if you paid in Monero, the refund is in Monero. We do not refund in a different asset, store credit, or a promise.
The amount is the euro order total converted back at the exchange rate of the day of purchase — not the day of the refund. If the rate moved, the movement is yours, in both directions.
03
How to request one
From the console: open the server, choose 'Request refund', confirm. That is the entire form. There is no reason field, no retention script, no 'are you sure' sequence longer than one click.
Support can process a refund on your behalf if the console is inaccessible for some reason; the request is verified against the account email address.
04
What happens next
The server is shut down and its data deleted within twenty-four hours. The invoice is marked refunded and voided for accounting purposes.
The refund is settled within two business days of the request. Crypto networks being what they are, settlement means broadcast — confirmations are the network's schedule, not ours.
05
What the window does not cover
Accounts terminated for a violation of the acceptable use policy are not refunded, even inside the seventy-two-hour window. The instant-kill list is not a refund pathway with extra steps.
Orders paid but never provisioned are not 'refunds' — the payment is returned in full, automatically, and the order is released. No window applies because the timer never started.
06
Outside the window
After seventy-two hours the term is yours, prepaid, and there is no mid-term partial refund for changing your mind. What exists instead: the SLA credits for availability misses, which are automatic, and the option to let the term expire without renewal.
Terms are prepaid precisely so that we do not need a proration policy. The person who leaves at month four does not get a discount; the person who stays gets a lower price. Both sentences are the same sentence.
07
Errors on our side
If we bill you incorrectly — a wrong price, a double charge, a plan that does not match the invoice — we correct it on notice, at any point in the term, without reference to the seventy-two-hour window. Mistakes are not policies.
